I did end up waiting a little longer than I was hoping to, which was kind of inconvenient at the time, but the staff made the experience a lot better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, calm, and polite, and they didn’t make me feel like I was being ignored or brushed off. Even though waiting is never exactly fun, their attitude helped keep it from being a frustrating experience overall.

Santikos is easy to get to from where I live, and parking has been easy, easy most of the time too. I like that there are food places nearby, so grabbing something before a movie is simple. The only thing is traffic can get a little annoying on busy nights, but it’s not a huge deal

We went to santikos and stopped by the bar/restaurant before our movie. The burger was actually good, and my drink was made just right (always a win). The staff was friendly too, but they seemed a little backed up, so we ended up waiting longer than we expected. Not a huge deal, but if you’re planning to eat before showtime, I’d definitely give yourself some extra time. Overall, it was a good experience

Then when I finally got to payment, it didn’t seem to go through the first time, so I had to try again. It eventually worked on the second attempt, but then I was left wondering if I had accidentally been charged twice, which is not exactly the vibe you want when you’re just trying to buy a couple movie tickets. It all worked out, but the process was way more stressful and annoying than it should’ve been.
